Sicilian Dinner celebrates the wines of Tasca d’Almerita
Nel Centro invites you to join us in welcoming Lilly Lo Cascio of Tasca d’Almerita winery in Vallelunga Pratameno, Sicily. This special event includes reception, dinner, wines and dessert. Chef/owner David Machado will cook a traditional five course meal inspired by the cuisine of Sicily. The menu and selected wines are listed below.
The cost is $85.00 and includes gratuity. The dinner will be held on Thursday, October, 6, 2011 at 6:30 pm.

Nel Centro invites you to join us in welcoming Italian winemaker, Pietro Ratti for dinner on Monday, July 25, 2011 at 6:30 pm. We will pour the wines of Renato Ratti Winery and chef/owner David Machado will cook a traditional five course meal based on the cuisine of Piedmont.
The cost is $95 for the reception and dinner with wines and gratuity included. The Ratti Winery hosted chef Machado and his wife Julie, along with general manager Daren Hamilton, for a lunch, tour and tasting during their visit to the Piedmont region last March.

Mike Pardew leads his trio during Nel Centro's Sunday Jazz Brunch
On Sunday June 12, Nel Centro launches our Sunday Jazz Brunch series. We’re proud to host the Mike Pardew Trio, with Dave Captein on bass and Randy Rollofson on drums. Brunch is served from 8am until 2 pm, with music slated from 11 until 1pm. Chef/Owner David Machado has crafted a traditional five course meal focusing on the cuisine of the Veneto region of Italy. The meal will be paired with an intriguing range of wines from Loredan Gasparini Estate. The price of $95 per person includes reception, dinner, wines & gratuity. The menu can be seen below.
