David Holstrom – Guy du Vin

David Holstrom has agreed to author and direct the wine program at Nel Centro. David Machado and Dave Holstrom have collaborated on numerous projects since the mid 1990's. They worked together at the Heathman Group where Holstrom created a ground breaking wine list at Southpark Seafood Grill and Wine Bar. Holstrom's list at Nel Centro features the wines of southern France and northern Italy as well as varietals from Oregon and Washington. Holstrom's award winning lists are known for being mischievous, cerebral, and, fairly priced. His nom de guerre is Guy du Vin.
